Upset customer
I went to cash my check at west and central location today 10/30/23 at 12:00pm. I cash the same !!!
check -which is a non handwritten - check every two weeks from my employer at the 2.9 rate for fee, which usually it is around 20-24 dollars fine already high fee but I do it cause this only way I can cash my check!!! but today !!!
The cashier for one did NOT inform of any "change " or different fee ! but just cashes my check like normal but then I see fee as she is counting it out to me !!! 51.70 dollars is what fee she charged me to cash my check stating that since my Boss signed her name in pen instead of stamping her signature like she "sometimes" does that it is a handwritten payroll check and gets a high rate of 5 something percent!!!
what well sorry I can't cash it then. oh sorry we already did !!! This is not the first time she has signed the check instead of stamp it. I am highly upset about being charged an extra 25 dollars or so !
I would like to be reimbursed this amount!!!
as My checks are NOT hand written they are printed payroll checks that I regularly cash here!!! Just because a check is signed or stamped does not make it a handwritten check !!!

Tried Getting a Loan
I Didn't End Up Getting a Loan Because Apparently I Didn't Send What Was Asked. Which Was Proof Of CRA Benefits Going Into My Account So I Showed My Bank Statement Showing It Being Deposited I Even Sent In My CRA Benefits Showing The Past And Next Expecting Dates Along With The Amounts..
I Sent In The Banking Info That CRA Had On File For Me Like My Account # Transit Etc... Also Sent In Front Of My ID And Proof Of Me Doing My Taxes Late Which Withheld My CRA Benefits For July! Hence Why I Needed a Loan To Feed My Kids, Buy Diapers & Pay My Power Bill! I'm Getting Almost 4 Thousand In Back Pay On Aug 18th But Speedy Cash Representatives Are Either Stupid Or They're Just Making It Complicated Because I Sent Everything They Asked If Not More!

It's Annoying They've Been Wasting My Time For About A Week Now! I've Been Emailing Back n Forth With Them Everyday, Uploading The Documents To The Site, I Even Emailed Everything To Them But They Don't Seem To Give a *** It's Annoying If You Ask Me !!

Not That It's Any Of Your Business But No Because I Didn't File My Taxes Until Way Later They Weren't Assessed Until July 31...
